## Send Text to Voice OBD API

This API is used to send outbound voice notifications generated from text to the given list of mobile numbers.

#### Request Body

| Name         | Type   | Description                                                                                               |
| ------------ | ------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| username     | string | Username used to login to the system.                                                                     |
| callerid     | string | Valid number that is to be used for making outbound calls.                                                |
| countrycode  | string | Country Code in which the OBD campaign is to be scheduled.                                                |
| msisdn       | string | Mobile number of the recipient.                                                                           |
| ttsgender    | string | Gender of the voice that is to be selected to convert text to voice prompt to be played as OBD mes-sage.  |
| ttslang      | string | Language of the voice that is to be selected to convert text to voice prompt to be played as OBD message. |
| ttstext      | string | Text message that is to be converted to voice prompt to be played as OBD message.                         |
| ttsvoicetype | string | Type of voice to be selected to convert text to voice prompt for OBD message.                             |
| password     | string | The password in encrypted format of the username used to login to the system.                             |
